We have used this company on two accordions now, and are very happy with their work. The first renovation was a remodel of a kitchen and two bathrooms. Our Second, was adding a second story. On both occasions, they were punctual, polite and easy to work with. Mario stayed within his original quote which was far less than any other quote we received. He also stayed within his suggested time frame of completion. The team even took into account, the safety of our children and the well being of their toys etc during construction. We have recently had the pleasure of working with Mario Salinas and his crew at Aix Construction on the total remodel of our kitchen. The experience went from good at the beginning to great as we got to completion. Mario came to our house to help us with the process where we discussed timelines, permits, types of appliances, floors, plumbing and even went with us to look at what a neighbor had done with their kitchen that had the same floor plan as ours. He was extremely helpful and confident that he could turn our 35 year old kitchen into a very modern and properly functioning kitchen. We were impressed with his willingness to educate us and work with us on the design and decided to go with Aix. After that it only got better. He gave us a itemized quote that was easy to understand along with a schedule of events so that we knew what was supposed to take place and when. There was a complete demolition of our existing kitchen as it was taken down to the core with exposed beams in the ceiling down to the removal of cabinets, counters, sink, appliances and floor. While this was happening and throughout the complete remodel his crew always set up plastic walls to keep the dust inside just the kitchen and not in the rest of the house. Every day before they left they always cleaned up all messes and neatly packed away any construction materials so that we had access to the rest of the house and garage. Once they started rebuilding we got to see how talented his crew was and how well they worked together. As the crew installed the new cabinets Mario designed and made, we watched them work like a well oiled machine, each with individual tasks and skills but always looking to help each other out with a helping hand when needed. The kitchen was completed in the time frame that was laid out in the original scope of work and except for some add ons, we requested, was at the budget Mario gave us in the beginning. We have gone from a kitchen we were embarrassed to have company see, to a kitchen our friends say should be in a magazine. It is really beautiful, laid out extremely well so that it is very functional even with several people in it at the same time. For all of these reasons I just stated I strongly recommend Aix Construction.

We hired Mario and his crew to remodel our kitchen. From the initial assessment to the end of the job, Mario held fast to his belief in quality and service. In the process, Mario discovered structural, plumbing and wiring issues which he alerted us to and brought up to code. The work was done logically and professionally unlike the original work. The crew was pleasant,and on time and they cleaned up every day before they left. The floor and granite subs were superb. We were given regular progress reports in writing and there were no surprises. He was responsive to any requests or concerns we had.

AIX Construction remodeled our bathroom with new tile on the floor and walls. The workers always showed up on time, did an outstanding job, and finished the project ahead of tome.

We hired Mario Salinas of Aix Construction to remodel our Danville home,built in the early 1980s. He and his crew are ultimate professionals - on time, courteous, very tidy, and knowledgeable of their crafts. They painted inside and out, installed granite counter tops, constructed a brand new fireplace, brought everything up to code, rebuilt a side storage space, painted and refinished cabinets, removed wallpaper, and so much more. The work was performed over a couple of years and his crew remained the same. Mario's personal recommendations as to colours and styles were invaluable.
