We were keen to use a local firm rather than one of the big, impersonal ones. It's what 'Which' recommends you look into as well. We loved every aspect of dealing with the team at Joseph John Ltd. The genuinely personal service, the careful planning, the skill and attention to detail and the final result were all absolutely exceptional. We inherited another wardrobe in our house when we moved here in 2020, that had been made by one of the companies that advertise in magazines and it isn't a patch on what was made for us by Joseph John Ltd. Joe and his team are outstanding. They are highly professional in their organisation and quality of work.They are knowledgeable in the way they explain the work , giving options and solving design problems creatively. They are reliable, tidy and discuss what is happening clearly as they are working.

Great work on a number of projects including decking, bespoke gates and fencing and a number of internal projects (windows, doors and more). Very reliable, does what he says to a high standard at a good price. Comes up with some good ideas too.
