Bob Cook designed a wonderful addition for my historic home; one that blends perfectly with the c. 1817 house. It is impossible to tell that it is not part of the original structure. Bob and his firm were a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer questions, to provide helpful suggestions and to represent me before the Historic District Commission. Bob is quite an authority on colonial/federal architecture and was the perfect architect for my project. The Approximate Project Cost I have selected includes all work from design to structural work both exterior and interior.

My wife and I worked with Bob and Paul on our Addition/Renovation at our house and couldn't be more excited with the outcome. We were both new to the process and both Bob and Paul patiently worked with us as we developed the project. They were always responsive to our calls and questions and supported us even after the drawings were done and we moved into the construction phase. Would recommend them to anyone.
