I"m a first time home owner and everything that goes with it, is new to me. Short story, my insurance company asked me to replace my roof, two weeks into home ownership. I asked friends if they could recommend any honest, affordable roofers. Marc, owner of Acme, was one of those referred. He was terrific to work with, taking time to answer all my questions and explain, at length, anything I inquired about. A big bonus, as I was not prepared for such a high ticket item so quickly, are the options his company offers for payment! I chose the 12 month same as cash financing, for a little over half the total amount. The work was fast and efficient. Two days! They hauled everything away, leaving my property as they'd found it, plus a brand new roof. Quick response times, fast and courteous service. I have already recommended him to friends! I met with Marc the same day I called him and he was able to come out and give me an estimate. We agreed on the terms and his crew came out about a week later to complete the repair. I told him before hand of what I thought the repair would have entailed and it was way more than what was needed. He could have very easily taken advantage of me on the repair and didnt. I have already referred him to a family member to complete work on their house. Much easier process than I thought it would be.
