As a residential designer, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with Eagle Peak Builders on two projects and counting. Thomas and his crew did a super job on a new detached ADU dug into a steep hillside. They handled complex retaining wall and drainage challenges without a hitch. Their rough framing was square and true, and the fit and finish of their trim work was impeccable. They then exceeded my expectations with their choices of finish materials, fixtures and colors. They are great to work with, and I look forward to our next project.

The Eagle Peak team completed a significant project for us that included the addition of new first floor master bedroom suite and an outdoor pavilion with full kitchen and seating area with a built in gas fire table. The scope of the project also required building two retaining walls and multiple drains in patio and yard to accommodate slope and proper drainage. We are extremely pleased with the results. The Eagle Peak team provided a clear timing plan and excellent ideas for value engineering the project as well as design improvements to enhance the appearance and utility of the new rooms and outdoor space.. Thomas and the Eagle Peak team also were faced with the challenges of COVID related supply and labor issues. They handled those issues well with timely communications with us and management of subcontractors to keep the project moving with only a short delay at the start of the COVID related lockdown. Following completion of the project they also have been very responsive in addressing the few follow up issues that are inevitable in a project of this scale. We are very satisfied with Thomas and the team and would definitely consider them for future projects.

Thomas and his son Evan, along with their whole team (and subcontractors) did a phenomenal job with our kitchen/ dining/ living room remodel project last year. Our house still had a small original 1963 kitchen with only a few minor appliance updates over the years. Thomas and Evan les is through the entire process from moving our vision into ideation (with actual architectural drawings and 3D renderings) all the way through the final details and finishing touches of when our project was done three months later. Thomas was incredibly organized and professional throughout, having weekly scheduled meetings (or more if we requested) to go over the progress of the project thus far and what was up ahead. We were always notified well in advance of when we'd owe money or be expected to have followed up with a subcontractor or a vendor. As we were still living in our home during the construction process with our 4 young children, Thomas even let us know what weeks might be a good idea for us to take a vacation or stay in a hotel as the work might be more involved. We trusted them completely. Our kitchen now is spectacular! Each morning I walk into the new space and can't even believe it's my home! I highly recommend Eagle Peak without hesitation for any construction project. They take their work very seriously and do an amazing job. If we ever remodel a different part of our house, we would look no further.

What a pleasure to work with Thomas from Eagle Peak Builders on this Danville home. The Master Bathroom & Family room were very dated, and my new designs required a Top–Notch Contractor to hone in on the details. Eagle Peak was the perfect fit! They meticulously lined up the tile from the Master Bathroom floor, over the curb and continued it up the wall in the new wet-zone. And the updated stone fireplace & new wood mantle in the Family room, were handled with care. The project flowed effortlessly, even during the shelter–in–place, to the complete satisfaction of the Homeowners. If you want quality work Eagle Peak is the company for you. Thomas is great. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure he understood all of my needs. Then he put a plan together and executed the work on time as agreed. His organization and project management is unsurpassed in his business. The team at Eagle Peak did a fantastic job with our kitchen remodel. It was a reasonably complex construction project with a small addition and the removal of interior walls. We replaced the old kitchen, family room and dining room with an open plan great room. The project management was excellent with weekly meetings held on site or at their office. The site management was also excellent with the foreman being present most days, supervising and doing some of the construction too. During the construction they took good care of the existing house, protecting the floors and exterior pathways. We stayed in the house during the building work and they installed an effective temporary doorway to keep the living quarters clean and dry. They even helped us install the laundry facilities in the garage, something not originally planned for. Eagle Peak has a small team of professionals who are mainly framers and finish carpenters, so they subcontract out the major construction tasks. The subcontractors they use are really good, especially the framers, electricians, plumbers and dry-wall people. The Eagle Peak employees did most of the finish work, installing the kitchen and laundry room. It looks great. The project was on time and almost on budget. There were minor problems encountered but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I think we ended up with 5 or 6 unexpected change orders, mostly due to oversights in the contract the neither us or Eagle Peak caught at the time. We still have a good relationship with Thomas, who visited us last week to check on things and see the new deck we built. I would highly recommend Eagle Peak for any medium sized project. They weren't the cheapest, or most expensive, but we chose them because of their commitment to customers and how they stand by their work.

Thomas and his team built our bathroom addition and balcony. I was continually impressed with their professionalism and quality of this work. And we couldn’t be happier with the result. The process was kept as painless as possible. They were very easy to work with. We liked that we were always kept in the loop and our concerns were always addressed.
