Houzz Pro Data, Security & Privacy FAQ

For how long can I access my data through my Houzz/Houzz Pro account?

Paid or Trial Features
Your data associated with premium (paid) or trial features will be available to you through your Houzz account during your trial and during any paid subscription. We store this data for at least 90 days after your trial or paid subscription ends in case you decide to reactivate your subscription, but you may request deletion at any time. Note that if impressions and clicks are available to you via Houzz Insights (e.g. with a Houzz Pro Ultimate subscription), that information is available for the last 12 months.

Free Features
Your data in your Houzz account will be retained unless you decide to delete your account.

Discontinued Subscribers
If you have ended your free trial or paid subscription, you may no longer have access through your account to data associated with your trial or premium features, but you may request a file of the data. We provide the file in CSV format.

Do you have data storage limits?

Currently, Houzz allows unlimited storage for all types of data and features, including but not limited to, photos, videos and documents. We reserve the right to change that policy but will give you 30 days advance notice of any changes that would affect you.
