Download Your Data
Last updated:You can download a copy of your Houzz data from your Edit Profile & Settings page. To request a copy of your data:
- Select the Edit Profile & Settings link from “Your Houzz” on the top right corner of the homepage to be directed to your Settings preferences.
- Click on the Privacy Settings at the left of the page.
- Click on Download a Copy of Your Data down the page.
You’ll be redirected to the Download Your Data pop-up box that says that within 7 days, you'll receive an email with a link. You can use this link to download certain categories of data we have for you; including your profile information, messages, and ideabooks. - Click on Submit Request.
- Click OK to confirm that an email will be sent to you with your data.
Important:
If you close your account, you'll no longer have access to your Houzz account data from our site. For more information and enquiries, please email privacy@houzz.com
Notes:
- If you've received these emails but didn't initiate the request, be sure to change your password.
- Please see our privacy policy to understand the types of personal information that Houzz collects, where Houzz receives personal information, the purposes for which Houzz processes personal information, and the types of recipients to which Houzz discloses personal information.
