Clark Design Build, LLCThis home located in Thiensville, Wisconsin was an original 1950's ranch with three bedrooms and one and one half baths. The remodel consisted of all new finishes throughout with a new kitchen matching the existing kitchen layout. The main bath was completely remodeled with new fixtures and finishes using the existing cabinetry. The original half bath was converted into a full bath by using an adjoining closet for more space. The new bathroom consists of new custom shower, fixtures and cabinets. This project is a good example of how to fix up an outdated house with a low budget.

re-interiorsThe seven wooden doors were painted white to allow for a cheery wall colour.
The floors were changed to cork to warm it up and modernise it. Some of the eclectic art could be hung here adding to the fun.

Working with an artist in new england, she carefuly matched the felted balls to creat a shield-shaped hanging. Kiwi colored paint was used to accent the shelf insets that hold toys, children's "art" and creations, books games and assorted treasures that personalize this loft.
Mabel Fox DesignOlive green walls mixed with white, grey, mustard yellow and orange make this 14 year old boy’s room a cool place to hang out and entertain friends, as well as get on with his homework when absolutely necessary. The bed is a small double, so nice and spacious for a growing lad but not so big as to to dominate the room. Adding a house plant or two gives the room a natural homely feel and of course the cuddly sloth is bang on trend for teens!
