Entering into the wine cellar, you are greeted by a tasting counter with a hand painted granite mural adorning the counter. Below the counter is additional storage for liquors, glassware, etc. On each side wall, there are double depth racks on the lower half of the wall, topped by a display row.with hidden display lighting. In front of the display row, there is a drink ledge where you can set down your glass while you peruse the collection.

This project was built with the intent of creating an "old world" wine cellar space with contemporary wine storage. The client owns a wine vineyard in France, therefore we incorporated the French Limestone. We also had the logo of the clients Vineyard etched into a custom granite piece, keeping subtle hints of his passion throughout the space.

Cellar designed, built, and installed by Mark King Cellar capacity is 1,800+ bottles on racking, not counting the cases on the floor. Cypress wood racking with PA Cherry stain. Lower soffit height required offset height racking Fluted columns conceal water and drain lines. Concealed LED strip lights illuminate angled bottle display row. Bottle pillow rails can be used to display bottles at an angle, with labels visible. Pillow rails do not interfere with standard bottle storage.

Back in the tasting room, a wall of custom built cabinetry adorns the left side of this space. It features glass shelving to hold liquors, classic wine bottles, or anything you fancy. There is plenty of cabinet and drawer space for you other wine related paraphernalia, glassware, etc.
