VILLA REY

Villa Rey was a new construction project that posed a great challenge due to the size and layout of the lot, as well as the peculiar climate of the enclave. The terrain drew a slope that we used to generate the volumes of the different spaces, combining 2 flat grass meadows, divided by a gravel road and emphasizing the slope with the different planters. The vegetation should be adapted to two very accentuated climates (very cold in winter and extremely hot in summer). Thus, certain types of plants were used, seeking to give color and texture, while adapting to the climate. A forest was also created next to the barbecue area creating a shade effect. Millstones and existing benches were reused to generate ornaments and furniture.
