Our client wanted a chic garden to compliment a newly designed interior, as well as her personal style. We created clean, contemporary lines with stunning porcelain pavers, which we softened with a curve of the lawn and the texture of the gravel border.
We retained the existing native hedge and raised the crown of the established evergreen Osmanthus burkwoodii to preserve a level of maturity in the garden. While new planting will give colour and texture and continual interest throughout the year.
It was vital that we preserved the welcoming environment for the bird population. By adding
a simple water bowl, the birds will fly in to bathe and drink. The water brings a calming atmosphere for the owner too.
