Two Houses in South London
We have designed this pair of iconic three bedroom tower houses working with a small back-land site that is roughly rectangular measuring 21m x 13m, with a slope of about 1.3m across the site.
The new houses are located on land that currently comprises hard standing and overgrown derelict buildings that are the remains of former Victorian outbuildings and stables and may have been used by a blacksmith. For several decades the site has been used by a local motor dealer for the parking and storage of used motor vehicles. It is not a public car park.
