Western Timber Frame
This is a custom timber frame pergola kit with privacy trellises installed over a backyard area. These are durable strong timbers built with the old world dovetail mortise and tenon system to last for generations and stand up through strong winds and heavy mountainous snows.
MS|Architecture
This section of trellis was uniquely built using timber frame trusses that extend the existing gable of the roof over the home's master bedroom.

The deck overlooks lush landscaping which complements the bright redwood finish.
Integrity Concrete, LLC
This is a stamped concrete patio with an in-ground fire pit. Instead of a drain at the bottom of the fire pit we used 8 inches of 57 stone under the concrete. After the pit was poured we drilled a 1 inch hole for the water to drain directly into the 8 inches of stone under the fire pit.
Grandin Road
It has a rather elegant, classic look for something designed to help you doze in the shade without a care, but our Tufted Hammock delivers comfort in a big way. The bed of the hammock is made of polyester fiberfill thickly stuffed inside an all-weather tufted acrylic shell, for comfort as you lie back and think about only pleasant things. It’s made in America by a company with generations of hammock-making expertise, which is nice to think, too. Hammock stand sold separately.
Trellis Structures, Inc
Commercial Pergolas -
This project was designed in a Mission style using a heavy trellis to create the four corner assemblies. These "corner posts" are sitting on brick plinth bases. This is an excellent way to create greater height.
Designed for an apartment complex, the span on this structure is 18'. The corner brackets help to stabilize and support the interior beams, while enhancing the design.
The "ceiling" is a coffered style, with each joint capped and through bolted for strength.
A very dramatic structure, engineered for longevity.

Timberline Patio Covers
Gable style patio cover that is free standing with a full outdoor kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and hot tub. We added in some outdoor heaters from Infratech and a TV to tie it all together. This patio cover has larger than average beams and rafters and it really gives it a beefy look. It's on a stamped concrete patio and the whole project turned out beautifully!

Jennifer A. Emmer/Feng Shui Style
We were hired for Feng Shui, color consulting, and historic design advice on this charm filled 1920s condo in downtown San Mateo, California - in the Baywood District.
The owner was planning to rent the condo out. We chose all the paint colors for specific Feng Shui reasons, but they were also historically appropriate for the building.
