It is an all Fiberon deck in the color Ipe. It is divided in three sections with borders to avoid seams. A border is added around the perimeter of the deck to give it a clean look without any exposed cut ends of the decking. Homeowner wanted lot of benches to sit on. One side of the deck a railing was required because it was higher than 30". We added a thick 1" squeare cedar skirting as well to give a finished look. We opted for an Azek railing with the stainless steel cable. Benches are set at a standard 20" height.

American Style Collection™ fiberglass entry doors were inspired by early 1900s residential architecture. The collection complements many popular home designs, including Arts and Crafts, Bungalow, Cottage and Colonial Revival styles. Made with our patented AccuGrain™ technology, you get the look of high-grade wood with all of the durability of fiberglass. The exterior doors in this collection have the look and feel of a real wood front door — with solid wood square edges, architecturally correct stiles, rails and panels. Unlike genuine wood doors, they resist splitting, cracking and rotting. Door Craftsman Lite 2 Panel Flush-Glazed 3 Lite Style IDs Available Sizes Available Options CCA230 3'0" x 6'8" Flush Glazed (?) This Edwardian house stands on a corner plot in Dulwich. This was a second project working with this Client and they wanted to extend the existing Edwardian building to form a lower ground floor level to provide them with extended living spaces. The client wanted to extend the living spaces and re-fit out the first and second floor levels of the building. The brief was to extend to the rear, but only minimally - to avoid encroaching and losing too much garden space.

An extensive remodel of a 1930s Colonial Revival residence by Paul Williams in Holmby Hills that had been badly neglected over the years. We expanded the house and restored the original Moderne interiors with Art Deco furnishings. Influenced by 1930s Hollywood glamour, we brought back white-painted brickwork, Chippendale-style railings and decorative details from the streamlined era. Situated along the perimeter of the property, this unique home creates a continuous street wall, both preserving plenty of open yard space and maintaining privacy from the prominent street corner. A one-story mudroom connects the garage to the house at the rear of the lot which required a local zoning variance. The resulting L-shaped plan and the central location of a glass-enclosed stair allow natural light to enter the home from multiple sides of nearly every room. The Arts & Crafts inspired detailing creates a familiar yet unique facade that is sympathetic to the character and scale of the neighborhood. A chevron pattern is a key design element on the window bays and doors and continues inside throughout the interior of the home. 2022 NAHB Platinum Best in American Living Award View more of this home through #BBAModernCraftsman on Instagram.
