Thirties House in Hove_Rear elevation
The rear elevation is deliberately angled at 6º to allow the southern light to enter the space sooner, it's a suitable adjustment but made all the difference. We continued the decking in the same direction as the oak floorboards to provide the visual effect of extending the wood. The white box planters were created to grow herbs, within easy reach of the kitchen when cooking!
