Gilmans Kitchens and BathsThis kitchen was designed to function around a large family. The owners spend their weekend prepping large meals with extended family, so we gave them as much countertop space to prep and cook as we could. Tall cabinets, a secondary banks of drawers, and a bar area, were placed to the connecting space from the kitchen to the dining room for additional storage. Finally, a light wood and selective accents were chosen to give the space a light and airy feel.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingQuick and easy update with to a full guest bathroom we did in conjunction with the owner's suite bathroom with Landmark Remodeling. We made sure that the changes were cost effective and still had a wow factor to them. We did a luxury vinyl plank to save money and did a tiled shower surround with decorative feature to heighten the finish level. We also did mixed metals and an equal balance of tan and gray to keep it from being trendy.
Judith Wright DesignGuest Bathroom on Main Floor is authentic to the whimsical historical home. A freestanding tub with a retrofitted vanity custom designed from an antique dresser exudes character. The rich marble mosaic floor and countertop with shaped backsplash, brass fixtures and the lovely wallpaper design add to the beauty. the original shower was eliminated. A vintage chandelier and elegant sconces enhance the formality.
Juxtaposed InteriorsThis hall 1/2 Bathroom was very outdated and needed an update. We started by tearing out a wall that separated the sink area from the toilet and shower area. We found by doing this would give the bathroom more breathing space. We installed patterned cement tile on the main floor and on the shower floor is a black hex mosaic tile, with white subway tiles wrapping the walls.

Navy blue three-drawer vanity accented with a champagne bronze faucet and hardware, oversized mirror and flanking sconces centered on the main wall above the vanity and toilet, marble mosaic floor tile, and fresh & fun medallion wallpaper from Serena & Lily.

Betz Pools LimitedThis backyard leisure retreat is the highlight of a new retirement residence for a couple in Aurora. They pursued an outdoor living lifestyle and asked Betz to include features they could enjoy throughout the day, from morning to evening. The yard may be compact, but it is brimming with aesthetic appeal and practicality.
Mountainwood HomesThe master bathroom remodel features a new wood vanity, round mirrors, white subway tile with dark grout, and patterned black and white floor tile.
The Decorator, LLCRemodeled space, custom-made leather front cabinetry with special attention paid to the lighting. Additional hanging space is behind the mirrored doors. Ikat patterned wool carpet and polished nickeled hardware add a level of luxe.
