Start and Finish Your Day in Serenity ✨ In the hustle of city life, our homes are our sanctuaries. Particularly, the shower room - where we both begin and unwind at the end of our day. Imagine stepping into a space bathed in soft, soothing light, embracing the calmness and preparing you for the day ahead, and later, helping you relax and let go of the day’s stress. In Maida Vale, where architecture and design intertwine with the rhythm of London, the key to a perfect shower room transcends beyond just aesthetics. It’s about harnessing the power of natural light to create a space that not only revitalizes your body but also your soul. But what about our ever-present need for space? The answer lies in maximizing storage, utilizing every nook - both deep and shallow - ensuring that everything you need is at your fingertips, yet out of sight, maintaining a clutter-free haven. Let’s embrace the beauty of design, the tranquillity of soothing light, and the genius of clever storage in our Maida Vale homes. Because every day deserves a serene beginning and a peaceful end. #MaidaVale #LondonLiving #SerenityAtHome #ShowerRoomSanctuary #DesignInspiration #NaturalLight #SmartStorage #HomeDesign #UrbanOasis #LondonHomes

Our clients had been in their home since the early 1980’s and decided it was time for some updates. We took on the kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room. This petite master bathroom primarily had storage and space planning challenges. Since the wife uses a larger bath down the hall, this bath is primarily the husband’s domain and was designed with his needs in mind. We started out by converting an existing alcove tub to a new shower since the tub was never used. The custom shower base and decorative tile are now visible through the glass shower door and help to visually elongate the small room. A Kohler tailored vanity provides as much storage as possible in a small space, along with a small wall niche and large medicine cabinet to supplement. “Wood” plank tile, specialty wall covering and the darker vanity and glass accents give the room a more masculine feel as was desired. Floor heating and 1 piece ceramic vanity top add a bit of luxury to this updated modern feeling space. Another update project we did in the same Townhome community in Culver city. This time more towards Modern Farmhouse / Transitional design. Kitchen cabinets were completely refinished with new hardware installed. The black island is a great center piece to the white / gold / brown color scheme. The hallway Guest bathroom was partially updated with new fixtures, vanity, toilet, shower door and floor tile. that's what happens when older style white subway tile came back into fashion. They fit right in with the other updates.

These homeowners have been living in their house for a few years and wanted to add some life to their space. Their main goal was to create a modern feel for their kitchen and bathroom. They had a wall between the kitchen and living room that made both rooms feel small and confined. We removed the wall creating a lot more space in the house and the bathroom is something the homeowners loved to brag about because of how well it turned out!

A spacious, L-shaped Maple vanity with Dove finish offers double the amount of storage space. The new Viaterra quartz looks classic and is easy to maintain. Custom-made Ghost Wood mirrors and floating shelves fabricated out of distressed wood and galvanized piping create focal points amongst the clean white selections. Gorgeous Eramosa Ice ceramic tile floors add a splash of silver. The new shower feels much larger even though it’s in the existing footprint. A special shaving niche was placed 6” off the ground. The basketweave tile floor adds some geometric interest in the otherwise clean, white space.
