Shaker-style blue kitchen
The owners enlisted the help of kitchen designer Vahid Samyani at Stoneham retailer, Richmond Kitchens.
Together, they opted for Stoneham’s Edwardian range for the cabinetry featuring elegant framed doors to create the timeless appeal of a shaker-style kitchen. For a modern twist, the furniture was painted in bespoke hues of blue including Hicks’ Blue and Bone China Blue from Little Greene, providing a nod to Pantone’s Colour of the Year.
In contrast to the warmth and depth of the blue wall and base cabinets, a centre island breakfast bar with Dekton Zenith White waterfall worktops introduces a light touch ensuring the space feels bright and airy. The white surfaces continue in the main cooking area and blend with the neutral metro tiles.
