Preparing the "total marketing package" for sales models, showhomes, charity houses and holiday houses has often involved planning & designing not only the sales and marketing materials, signage and interior displays, but designing/decorating the entire house for our builder and developer clients.
Today's trends also involve conversion of these showhomes into interactive and engaging guest experiences -- involving audio-visual presentations, music infusion, live demos, video home tour walk-throughs, touch-screen visitor interaction (including feedback), and special event planning. The experience is both live and in-house and also can be a website and social media experience.
