Drewett WorksThis homage to prairie style architecture located at The Rim Golf Club in Payson, Arizona was designed for owner/builder/landscaper Tom Beck.
This home appears literally fastened to the site by way of both careful design as well as a lichen-loving organic material palatte. Forged from a weathering steel roof (aka Cor-Ten), hand-formed cedar beams, laser cut steel fasteners, and a rugged stacked stone veneer base, this home is the ideal northern Arizona getaway.
Expansive covered terraces offer views of the Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish designed golf course, the largest stand of Ponderosa Pines in the US, as well as the majestic Mogollon Rim and Stewart Mountains, making this an ideal place to beat the heat of the Valley of the Sun.

Wanting to lay some roots in Sun Valley, Idaho, guided the incorporation of historic hewn, stone and stucco into this cozy home among a stand of aspens with its eye on the skiing and hiking of the surrounding mountains.

This rustic lake house retreat features an open concept kitchen plan with impressive uninterupted views. Medallion Cabinetry was used in Knotty Alder with a Natural glaze with distressing. This is the Brookhill raised panel door style. The hardware is Schlub Ancient Bronze. Every convenience has been built into this kitchen including pull out trash bins, tray dividers, pull-out spice reacts, roll out trays, and specialty crown molding and under cabinet and base molding details.

Ence HomesThis is our current model for our community, Riverside Cliffs. This community is located along the tranquil Virgin River. This unique home gets better and better as you pass through the private front patio and into a gorgeous circular entry. The study conveniently located off the entry can also be used as a fourth bedroom. You will enjoy the bathroom accessible to both the study and another bedroom. A large walk-in closet is located inside the master bathroom. The great room, dining and kitchen area is perfect for family gathering. This home is beautiful inside and out.

Edgewater Design GroupThe family purchased the 1950s ranch on Mullet Lake because their daughter dreamed of being married on its shores. The home would be used for the wedding venue and then as a wedding gift to the young couple. We were originally hired in August 2014 to help with a simple renovation of the home that was to be completed well in advance of the August 2015 wedding date. However, thorough investigation revealed significant issues with the original foundation, floor framing and other critical elements of the home’s structure that made that impossible. Based on this information, the family decided to tear down and build again. So now we were tasked with designing a new home that would embody their daughter’s vision of a storybook home – a vision inspired by another one of our projects that she had toured. To capture this aesthetic, traditional cottage materials such as stone and cedar shakes are accentuated by more materials such as reclaimed barn wood siding and corrugated CORTEN steel accent roofs. Inside, interior finishes include hand-hewn timber accents that frame openings and highlight features like the entrance reading nook. Natural materials shine against white walls and simply furnished rooms. While the house has nods to vintage style throughout, the open-plan kitchen and living area allows for both contemporary living and entertaining. We were able to capture their daughter’s vision and the home was completed on time for her big day.

Custer Homes IncA custom home built in a private mountainside lot takes advantage of the unique features of its lot for a cohesive yet unique design. This home features an open floor plan with ample living space, as well as a full lower level perfect for entertaining, a screened deck, gorgeous master suite, and an upscale mountain design style.
AXIS Productionsa bathroom was added between the existing garage and home. A window couldn't be added, so a skylight brings needed sunlight into the space.

Hillside NurseriesIt was pretty much a blank area but with some elevation issues. The seating wall served 2 purposes as a seating space but also to retain some of the patio. Natural fieldstone steppers lead from the driveway area to the patio. An assortment of perennials and plantings soften the hardscape project. Serviceberry, hybrid dogwood, and a large dwarf pine are the anchor plants. We also created a raised vegetable garden space off the patio too.
