Part single part double storey rear extension in East Molesey
Our clients were planning a stunning kitchen/dining/living room extension to their property in East Molesey. They had architectural drawings ready, as well as structural engineer’s details, but needed a builder to carry out the work.
They invited J Build to provide a quote after a friend's recommendation. Breaking down the costs into a clear and transparent format really helped Dom and Lisa understand what was included in the build and the options available to them.
The new extension has some really impressive design details like stainless steel kitchen worktops, structural steel columns clad in a seamless stainless steel finish and state-of-the-art electronic systems. Large sliding glazed doors open out to the rear garden and the top of the doors extend above the height of the roof giving an amazing feeling of space and light.
This extension improves the usability of the space for everyday living and for entertaining purposes, as well as really impressing with its clever design features and finishing touches. During the project the ground floor study and first floor rear bedroom/bathroom were also refurbished, the exiting rear external wall surfaces were redecorated and the rear chimney stack was rebuilt to smarten everything up a bit. The clients are delighted with the end result and the finished extension definitely has the wow factor.
