NYC Modern Condo Renovation - Bowne Street
The owners enlisted our help to convert this prewar NYC apartment into a bright and modern condo. We upgraded the electrical and plumbing, replaced the old dated floors with oak wood flooring, added custom white moldings and trim to give the space pre-war character, and painted the walls a clean, crisp gray.
