North Wayne Victorian

200+ year old Victorian home in a historic neighborhood - completely gutted and added on to.
Key addition was the kitchen, shown here - we wanted to stay true to the style of the home and maintain a sense of tradition. To that end, we chose white painted cabinetry, shaker style, a white farm style sink, classic pendant lighting, stained the beadboard island and installed dark oak flooring thruout. We also created a bathroom for a teen girl (complete with makeup vanity) and a new master bedroom and bathroom.
The exterior was completely overhauled and is what I am the most proud of - the front porch was rebuilt, new shingles, windows and roof installed and new stain color applied to the exterior in a deep blue grey - the original carved oak front door was restored as was the small window to the right of the front door.
