The plethora of K&D's scope of work included: smooth finished concrete walls, multiple styles of horizontal redwood fencing, smooth finished concrete stepping stones, bands, steps & pathways, paver patio & driveway, artificial turf, TimberTech stairs & decks, TimberTech custom bench with storage, shower wall with bike washing station, custom concrete fountain, poured-in-place fire pit, pour-in-place half circle bench with sloped back rest, metal pergola, low voltage lighting, planting and irrigation! (*Adorable cat not included)

Land Design Associates, Inc.This property and house underwent a complete renovation. Existing drainage and grading problems were fixed, then modular outdoor spaces such as the pool area, a rich lush lawn, an entertaining area for large gatherings under an allee of fragrant linden trees, and a pool house/guest apartment were installed. In phase one, a large planting of evergreen privacy perimeter plants and foundation plants were installed. Landscape lighting extends the use of the entire property into beautiful summer nights lounging by the pool. The two entry areas were re-designed and renovated to accommodate guest parking when the family is hosting a large gathering.

With inspiration drawn from the renowned White Garden at Sissinghurst Castle in Kent; ivory, pearl and alabaster hues pop against the dark restaurant facade and reference the Royal Wedding taking place during the same month as the Chelsea in Bloom festival.
Rebecca Newnham’s ‘White Lotus’ appears to float amongst the blooms. The imperfect, patinated finish of the bespoke planter represents the murky aquatic conditions from which the Nelumbo nucifera (Sacred Lotus) emerges and unfolds, with its pure and perfect petals intact - a symbol of love conquering all.
Southview DesignThe level backyard is perfect for sports; hedges and a mortared limestone retaining wall create an elegant boundary.

UserThe goal of this landscape design and build project was to enhance a newly renovated modern residence in Cohasset, MA. It features thermal true blue bluestone pavers, beach stones, and large bluestone steps surrounded by a completely beach adapted and drought tolerant planting palette. This design is also on a steep hillside and incorporates a butterfly garden and New England native plants. Designed and built by Skyline Landscapes LLC.
