RD Architecture, LLCRemodeling and adding on to a classic pristine 1960’s ranch home is a challenging opportunity. Our clients were clear that their own sense of style should take precedence, but also wanted to honor the home’s spirit. Our solution left the original home as intact as possible and created a linear element that serves as a threshold from old to new. The steel “spine” fulfills the owners’ desire for a dynamic contemporary environment, and sets the tone for the addition. The original kidney pool retains its shape inside the new outline of a spacious rectangle. At the owner’s request each space has a “little surprise” or interesting detail.

Ideas Interiorismo ExclusivoProyecto de interiorismo y decoración para un unifamiliar en La Cañada, Valencia. En esta ocasión, la premisa principal era unificar las estancias de la zona de día de esta vivienda, aunar con un mismo estilo la cocina, el comedor y el salón. Para ello, diseñamos un mueble corrido como elemento unificador de espacios. Combinamos madera y vegetación como punto natural y lacados opuestos en blanco y negro que aporta elegancia y distinción al conjunto.
Studio 3iProjet de rénovation de rez-de-chaussée d'une maison de 90m² à Bordeaux, dans le but de lui donner un style confortable et chic.
L’aménagement et la décoration étaient datés, avec un intérieur très sombre.
Les plafonds étaient habillés de poutres et de lambourdes teintes dans un vernis foncé. Nous les avons donc poncé et peinte en blanches afin de valoriser et de faire ressortir d’avantage la couleur naturelle retrouvées sur les poutres principales.
Une verrière intérieure sur-mesure pour la cuisine a aussi été installée, ainsi qu'une bibliothèque sur-mesure, un bureau d’appoint et un coin lecture.
AIDYRénovation d’un petit T2 de 35m² pour de la location meublée :
- Modification des espaces pour créer une chambre plus spacieuse et lumineuse avec une salle de bain et un WC séparé.
- Ouverture de l’espace cuisine / salon
- Réfection des peintures et des sols
