Timberbuilt, Inc.Sitting aside the slopes of Windham Ski Resort in the Catskills, this is a stunning example of what happens when everything gels — from the homeowners’ vision, the property, the design, the decorating, and the workmanship involved throughout.
An outstanding finished home materializes like a complex magic trick. You start with a piece of land and an undefined vision. Maybe you know it’s a timber frame, maybe not. But soon you gather a team and you have this wide range of inter-dependent ideas swirling around everyone’s heads — architects, engineers, designers, decorators — and like alchemy you’re just not 100% sure that all the ingredients will work. And when they do, you end up with a home like this.
The architectural design and engineering is based on our versatile Olive layout. Our field team installed the ultra-efficient shell of Insulspan SIP wall and roof panels, local tradesmen did a great job on the rest.
And in the end the homeowners made us all look like first-ballot-hall-of-famers by commissioning Design Bar by Kathy Kuo for the interior design.

Finesse, Inc.Our client reached out to Finesse, Inc. looking for a pet sanctuary for their two cats. A design was created to allow the fur-babies to enter and exit without the assistance of their humans. A cat door was placed an the exterior wall and a 30" x 80" door was added so that family can enjoy the beautiful outdoors together. A pet friendly turf, designed especially with paw consideration, was selected and installed. The enclosure was built as a "stand alone" structure and can be easily dismantled and transferred in the event of a move in the future.

Ron Brown - The FinisherThis modern house was update with a contemporary rustic and industrial design. One of the features that was upgraded was that the traditional railing was replaced by a barn wood framed steel cable railing. A feature was created on the staircase landing with barn wood and steel flat bar.
Harmony Design NorthwestThe gently sloping natural stone and river rock stream bed replaced a traditional retaining wall and french drains.
The use of different size stones, from boulders to small pebbles, creates texture and interest.
The plants soften the stone and create movement.

Dura Supreme CabinetryThis is stunning Dura Supreme Cabinetry home was carefully designed by designer Aaron Mauk and his team at Mauk Cabinets by Design in Tipp City, Ohio and was featured in the Dayton Homearama Touring Edition. You’ll find Dura Supreme Cabinetry throughout the home including the bathrooms, the kitchen, a laundry room, and an entertainment room/wet bar area. Each room was designed to be beautiful and unique, yet coordinate fabulously with each other.
The bathrooms each feature their own unique style. One gray and chiseled with a dark weathered wood furniture styled bathroom vanity. The other bright, vibrant and sophisticated with a fresh, white painted furniture vanity. Each bathroom has its own individual look and feel, yet they all coordinate beautifully. All in all, this home is packed full of storage, functionality and fabulous style!

Smart Construction Inc.This project is in the final stages. The basement is finished with a den, bedroom, full bathroom and spacious laundry room. New living spaces have been created upstairs. The kitchen has come alive with white cabinets, new countertops, a farm sink and a brick backsplash. The mudroom was incorporated at the garage entrance with a storage bench and beadboard accents.
