The Alameda Residence is situated on a relatively large, yet unusually shaped lot for the beachside community of Coronado, California. The orientation of the “L” shaped main home and linear shaped guest house and covered patio create a large, open courtyard central to the plan. The majority of the spaces in the home are designed to engage the courtyard, lending a sense of openness and light to the home. The aesthetics take inspiration from the simple, clean lines of a traditional “A-frame” barn, intermixed with sleek, minimal detailing that gives the home a contemporary flair. The interior and exterior materials and colors reflect the bright, vibrant hues and textures of the seaside locale.
Simpson & VoyleThis image showcases the epitome of luxury in the living room of a high-end residence. The design choices exude elegance and opulence, with a focus on creating a serene and inviting retreat. Key elements include the plush upholstered sofa, sumptuous cushions, and exquisite detailing such as the intricate molding and elegant light fixtures. The color palette is carefully curated to evoke a sense of tranquility, with soft neutrals and muted tones creating a soothing ambiance. Luxurious textures and materials, such as velvet, silk, and marble, add depth and tactile richness to the space. With its impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail, this living room exemplifies timeless elegance and offers a sanctuary of comfort and style.
Nicole Arnold InteriorsAn exhilarating shift from a suburban traditional family home to a modern, high-rise condominium. We were excited to start with a clean slate and designed this 3,500sf space, transitioning this client into their next chapter. The overall color palette embraces a calm and serene aesthetic, while the furnishings and appointments ensure inviting spaces throughout the unit. Special details were strategically infused such as contrast chair back fabric, accent wall coverings, designer light fixtures, unique sculptures and no shortage of custom details on the furnishings, uniquely tailored to the customer. This luxury, high-rise condo now feels like home.
LudilyAu cœur de la place du Pin à Nice, cet appartement autrefois sombre et délabré a été métamorphosé pour faire entrer la lumière naturelle. Nous avons souhaité créer une architecture à la fois épurée, intimiste et chaleureuse. Face à son état de décrépitude, une rénovation en profondeur s’imposait, englobant la refonte complète du plancher et des travaux de réfection structurale de grande envergure.
L’une des transformations fortes a été la dépose de la cloison qui séparait autrefois le salon de l’ancienne chambre, afin de créer un double séjour. D’un côté une cuisine en bois au design minimaliste s’associe harmonieusement à une banquette cintrée, qui elle, vient englober une partie de la table à manger, en référence à la restauration. De l’autre côté, l’espace salon a été peint dans un blanc chaud, créant une atmosphère pure et une simplicité dépouillée. L’ensemble de ce double séjour est orné de corniches et une cimaise partiellement cintrée encadre un miroir, faisant de cet espace le cœur de l’appartement.
L’entrée, cloisonnée par de la menuiserie, se détache visuellement du double séjour. Dans l’ancien cellier, une salle de douche a été conçue, avec des matériaux naturels et intemporels. Dans les deux chambres, l’ambiance est apaisante avec ses lignes droites, la menuiserie en chêne et les rideaux sortants du plafond agrandissent visuellement l’espace, renforçant la sensation d’ouverture et le côté épuré.
Anne Chemineau - Decor InterieurUn appartement des années 70 à la vue spectaculaire sur Paris retrouve une seconde jeunesse et gagne en caractère après une rénovation totale. Exit le côté austère et froid et bienvenue dans un univers très féminin qui ose la couleur et les courbes avec style.

Joe McGuire DesignWhen our Boulder studio was tasked with furnishing this home, we went all out to create a gorgeous space for our clients. We decorated the bedroom with an in-stock bed, nightstand, and beautiful bedding. An original painting by an LA artist elevates the vibe and pulls the color palette together. The fireside sitting area of this home features a lovely lounge chair, and the limestone and blackened steel fireplace create a sophisticated vibe. A thick shag rug pulls the entire space together.
In the dining area, we used a light oak table and custom-designed complements. This light-filled corner engages easily with the greenery outside through large lift-and-slide doors. A stylish powder room with beautiful blue tiles adds a pop of freshness.

Mon Concept HabitationDans cet appartement haussmannien de 100 m², nos clients souhaitaient pouvoir créer un espace pour accueillir leur deuxième enfant. Nous avons donc aménagé deux zones dans l’espace parental avec une chambre et un bureau, pour pouvoir les transformer en chambre d’enfant le moment venu.
Le salon reste épuré pour mettre en valeur les 3,40 mètres de hauteur sous plafond et ses superbes moulures. Une étagère sur mesure en chêne a été créée dans l’ancien passage d’une porte !
La cuisine Ikea devient très chic grâce à ses façades bicolores dans des tons de gris vert. Le plan de travail et la crédence en quartz apportent davantage de qualité et sa marie parfaitement avec l’ensemble en le mettant en valeur.
Pour finir, la salle de bain s’inscrit dans un style scandinave avec son meuble vasque en bois et ses teintes claires, avec des touches de noir mat qui apportent du contraste.
