Maraya Interior DesignLuxurious modern take on a traditional white Italian villa. An entry with a silver domed ceiling, painted moldings in patterns on the walls and mosaic marble flooring create a luxe foyer. Into the formal living room, cool polished Crema Marfil marble tiles contrast with honed carved limestone fireplaces throughout the home, including the outdoor loggia. Ceilings are coffered with white painted
crown moldings and beams, or planked, and the dining room has a mirrored ceiling. Bathrooms are white marble tiles and counters, with dark rich wood stains or white painted. The hallway leading into the master bedroom is designed with barrel vaulted ceilings and arched paneled wood stained doors. The master bath and vestibule floor is covered with a carpet of patterned mosaic marbles, and the interior doors to the large walk in master closets are made with leaded glass to let in the light. The master bedroom has dark walnut planked flooring, and a white painted fireplace surround with a white marble hearth.
The kitchen features white marbles and white ceramic tile backsplash, white painted cabinetry and a dark stained island with carved molding legs. Next to the kitchen, the bar in the family room has terra cotta colored marble on the backsplash and counter over dark walnut cabinets. Wrought iron staircase leading to the more modern media/family room upstairs.

Just Go Home DesignA bright and colorful eclectic living space with elements of mid-century design as well as tropical pops and lots of plants. Featuring vintage lighting salvaged from a preserved 1960's home in Palm Springs hanging in front of a custom designed slatted feature wall. Custom art from a local San Diego artist is paired with a signed print from the artist SHAG. The sectional is custom made in an evergreen velvet. Hand painted floating cabinets and bookcases feature tropical wallpaper backing. An art tv displays a variety of curated works throughout the year.
Jennifer Stoner InteriorsThis small room off the foyer is used as a small living room / study. We have since this image was taken, added a small custom writing desk for our client. We designed the cabinetry and the fireplace mantel with this gorgeous fretwork trim detail. With the entire room wrapped in this intense mediterranean blue, it makes for a dramatic first impression when you enter the home.
Imperfect InteriorsThis large family home in Brockley had incredible proportions & beautiful period details, which the owners lovingly restored and which we used as the focus of the redecoration. A mix of muted colours & traditional shapes contrast with bolder deep blues, black, mid-century furniture & contemporary patterns.
ROCK + POPPINSA 6 bedroom full-house renovation of a Queen-Anne style villa, using punchy colour & dramatic statements to create an exciting & functional home for a busy couple, their 3 kids & dog. We completely altered the flow of the house, creating generous architectural links & a sweeping stairwell; both opening up spaces, but also catering for the flexibility of privacy required with a growing family. Our clients' bravery & love of drama allowed us to experiment with bold colour and pattern, and by adding in a rich, eclectic mix of vintage and modern furniture, we've created a super-comfortable, high-glamor family home.
