The before and after images show the transformation of our extension project in Maida Vale, West London. The family home was redesigned with a rear extension to create a new kitchen and dining area. Light floods in through the skylight and sliding glass doors by @maxlightltd by which open out onto the garden. The bespoke banquette seating with a soft grey fabric offers plenty of room for the family and provides useful storage.

The dining room features an extra large bespoke dining table, along with the benches which Elizabeth designed to accommodate the maximum seating required for family get togethers. The Chelsom lighting looks stunning over the table.
Our Indianapolis design studio designed a gut renovation of this home which opened up the floorplan and radically changed the functioning of the footprint. It features an array of patterned wallpaper, tiles, and floors complemented with a fresh palette, and statement lights. This unique city-home is designed with a center entry, flanked by formal living and dining rooms on either side. An expansive gourmet kitchen / great room spans the rear of the main floor, opening onto a terraced outdoor space comprised of more than 700SF. The home also boasts an open, four-story staircase flooded with natural, southern light, as well as a lower level family room, four bedrooms (including two en-suite) on the second floor, and an additional two bedrooms and study on the third floor. Designed with family living in mind, the home has also been designed for entertaining and to embrace life's creature comforts. Pre-wired with HD Video, Audio and comprehensive low-voltage services, the home is able to accommodate and distribute any low voltage services requested by the homeowner.
