La demande des propriétaires était de séparer le WC de la salle d'eau et de créer de nombreux rangements tout en souhaitant un nouvel agencement pour gagner de l'espace et de la fluidité dans l'appartement. La rénovation a été faite du sol au plafond. Les cloisons de la salle d'eau ont été suprimées et récréées avec un espace WC séparé. La cuisine, élément principale de la pièce, est regroupée sur un mur avec ses rangements. Pas de poignées visibles pour garder la ligne des meubles. L'appartement contient 5 couchages dont un pliable glissé sous les lits superposés. Tout l'espace est optimisé jusqu'au lit de la chambre parentale qui contient un coffre. Ne souhaitant pas installer la climatisation, les propriétaires ont choisi le placement de ventilateurs au plafond.

Pour la rénovation de cet appartement situé aux Deux Alpes, deux aménagements ont été imaginés. Dans cette première version la structure principale de la pièce, réalisée sur mesure, jouera à la fois les fonctions de meuble de rangement du salon et d'assise pour l'espace salle à manger. En laissant passer la lumière, le claustra apposé sur cette banquette permet de délimiter l'espace repas sans l'occulter. Des bandes de papier peint ont été posées en alternance avec le lambris pour dynamiser ce grand pan de mur.

Resolutely contemporary, this galley kitchen is radiantly beautiful. The walnut veneer cabinets and the built-in appliances are fully integrated into the wall to create a clean and slick effect. In this block, the only breach is found at the stove, where the horizontal and vertical surfaces are veneered with a brass sheet. This particular treatment definitely brings uniqueness and originality to the kitchen. The marble-like quartz countertop enlightens the room, while giving it a touch of elegance. In addition, the dark gray color of the ceiling emphasizes the kitchen zone in the space and creates a strong contrast that makes this kitchen, even more unique.
