The White Kitchen CompanyLloyd and Nicola sought a kitchen that seamlessly blended with their Edwardian home's historical charm. Their style is classic and traditional, and their primary objective was to create a warm and functional space where they could entertain and socialise. Our in-frame shaker-style cabinets are at the heart of this beautiful kitchen, painted in Little Greene’s Portland Stone.
Frome InteriorsA very traditional kitchen in a beautiful Georgian home. The kitchen was designed around the Aga and an antique table as the focal points. The client wanted a calm and elegant space which felt as if it belonged to the house. The very simple cabinetry with no modern appliances on show creates a harmonious space, perfect for entertaining and family life. The traditional brass ironmongery and taps will age beautifully, as will the stunning marble tops and splashback. The shelf adds space for displaying treasured possessions and hides some practical lighting for the worktops. The modern fridge freezer is hidden in an old walk in pantry which provides space for food storage as well. The wall units which surround an existing archway to the snug form the perfect space for storing glassware and crockery.
Higham FurnitureWe collaborated closely with our client’s interior designer to create this alluring space. What really stands out is the homely yet sophisticated atmosphere we managed to achieve. Our exclusive inset handles in Satin Nickel paired with Little Greene’s Lead Grey bring a cool, clean edge to the cabinetry. Large skylights and Crittall doors allow natural light to permeate the room, adding to the fresh and airy ambiance.

Kitchen Architecture LtdThe bulthaup kitchen in this open-plan living space needed to effortlessly link the different zones. This is a space where communication is easy, with less formal bar seating connecting the sunken lounge and outdoor entertaining, whilst the prep and cooking areas make it easy for the cook to entertain guests at the dining table.

ZulufishA detached Edwardian villa set over three storeys, with the master suite on the top floor, four bedrooms (one en-suite) and family bathroom on the first floor and a sitting room, snug, cloakroom, utility, hall and kitchen-diner leading to the garden on the ground level.
With their children grown up and pursuing further education, the owners of this property wanted to turn their home into a sophisticated space the whole family could enjoy.
Although generously sized, it was a typical period property with a warren of dark rooms that didn’t suit modern life. The garden was awkward to access and some rooms rarely used. As avid foodies and cooks, the family wanted an open kitchen-dining area where the could entertain their friends, with plentiful storage and a connection to the garden.
Our design team reconfigured the ground floor and added a small rear and side extension to open the space for a huge kitchen and dining area, with a bank of Crittall windows leading to the garden (redesigned by Ruth Willmott).
Ultra-marine blue became the starting point for the kitchen and ground floor design – this fresh hue extends to the garden to unite indoors and outdoors.
Bespoke cabinetry designed by HUX London provides ample storage, and on one section beautiful fluted glass panels hide a TV. The cabinetry is complemented by a spectacular book-matched marble splash-back, and timber, parquet flooring, which extends throughout the ground floor.
The open kitchen area incorporates a glamorous dining table by Marcel Wanders, which the family use every day.
Now a snug, this was the darkest room with the least going for it architecturally. A cool and cosy space was created with elegant wall-panelling, a low corner sofa, stylish wall lamps and a wood-burning stove. It’s now ¬the family’s favourite room, as they gather here for movie nights.
The formal sitting room is an elegant space where the family plays music. A sumptuous teal sofa, a hand-knotted silk and wool rug and a vibrant abstract artwork bring a fresh feel.
This teenager’s bedroom with its taupe palette, luxurious finishes and study area has a grown-up vibe, and leads to a gorgeous marble-clad en-suite bathroom.
The couple now have their own dedicated study, with a streamlined double desk and bespoke cabinetry.
In the master suite, the sloping ceilings were maximised with bespoke wardrobes by HUX London, while a calming scheme was created with soft, neutral tones and rich textures.

Pour leur projet de maison en construction, mes client ont souhaité se faire accompagner sur l'aménagement intérieur concernant le choix des couleurs et matériaux, en passant par les papiers peints.
LE PROJET
LA PIÈCE À VIVRE :
À travers un fil conducteur assez contemporain mais avec une dominance boisée et quelques touches de couleurs, la pièce à vivre, ouverte sur la cuisine, est chaleureuse et conviviale.
Un meuble bibliothèque sur mesure viendra arboré la télévision ainsi qu'un insert de cheminée visible également de côté depuis la salle à manger.
Au coeur de la cuisine, un ilot central permettra de s'attabler pour un repas sur le pouce et de cuisiner en ayant un oeil sur la pièce à vivre. Les façades en bois apporte du caractère et de la chaleur et viennent ainsi contraster le plan de travail et faïence Rem Natural de chez Consentino.
LA SALLE DE BAIN PARENTALE :
Colorée et haut-de-gamme, un carrelage en marbre de Grespania Ceramica donne du cachet et l'élégance à la pièce. Le meuble vasque couleur terre cuite apporte la touche colorée.
LA SALLE DE BAIN DES ENFANTS :
Ludique et colorée, la salle de bain des enfants se la joue graphique et texturée. Un carrelage géométrique permet de donner du dynamisme et la touche colorée.
UNE ENTRÉE FONCTIONNELLE :
Qui n'a jamais rêvé d'avoir de grands rangements pour une entrée fonctionnelle ?
C'est chose faite avec ces grands placards sur-mesure en chêne qui viendront rappeler les menuiseries.
Un papier peint panoramique géométrique Pablo Emeraude/gris signé Casamance est installé dans la cage d'escalier et vient faire le lien avec la couleur Light Blue No.22 Farrow&Ball.
NOTO ArchitectsLots of clients come to us with the aspiration to link the inside and outside of their rear extension. We do this by creating a flush threshold detail with concealed drainage channels, in order to achieve a seamless transition between the interior and exterior.
Here we went one step further, by creating a void between the ceiling structure and the header of the large-format Virtually Frameless sliding doors by @1st_folding_sliding_doors. This gives the impression of the building having no definitive end point, instead merging as one with the garden.
Bella Vie InteriorsThis classic Queenslander home in Red Hill, was a major renovation and therefore an opportunity to meet the family’s needs. With three active children, this family required a space that was as functional as it was beautiful, not forgetting the importance of it feeling inviting.
The resulting home references the classic Queenslander in combination with a refined mix of modern Hampton elements.
Neil Norton DesignBespoke clean-lined cabinetry, in critall-style, painted in Farrow & Ball Railings (blue and black) and teamed with accents of American Black walnut, Neolith Cement sintered stone surface and backlit Bianco Calcite marble. The wall units have reeded glass doors with bi-fold mechanism.
