The beauty of a pull-and-replace remodel is that it's like a facelift for your kitchen! This update includes all new maple cabinets with a Nutmeg stained finish, Armstrong, Alterna vinyl flooring with Driftwood grout, a SileStone countertop in Tigris Sand and a Laufen Monte Bellow ceramic tile backsplash in Taupe, with 3" accent pieces for a decorative band. This kitchen overlooks a refreshed breakfast room and connects to the garage via a new mudroom. Photo by Toby Weiss for Mosby Building Arts.

Time for a New Kitchen! A great space but tired old units in need of some TLC. This remodel improved the layout, adding a breakfast bar and fully functioning Utility Room, accessed by a secret door through the kitchen. Other work included a bespoke Garage storage solution for bikes and camping equipment and a bespoke under stairs storage cupboard.

Instead of a trash pullout we left an open trash niche between sink and fridge. A convenient location — and everyone can find the trash can! There's a second can for recycling behind it.

A custom kitchen created in Soft Maple and then stained in Golden Brown (which you can see from the pictures, brings out the grain of the wood beautifully). This traditional style kitchen utilizes full overlay cabinet doors and incorporates a custom range hood and bump out, a wheat stained sink, a custom cookie sheet drawer and a lift-up door on the appliance garage.

This project included a special request - a standard oven and a built in wall oven. The client and I changed the blue-print of the home to incorporate a large kitchen space for baking and holding classes from time to time. We designed a clean open space together that suited all her storage needs.
