These 11 uniquely appointed apartments & single town house residence are located in the vibrant, cosmopolitan scene of London’s Royal Kensington. The interior demanded a treatment to reflect the location at the heart of the world’s cultural capital, a place of palaces and history, of artists and poets, of music and sciences.
Many of the apartments benefit from restoration of the original period features. Exceptional ceiling heights, decorative cornices, original fireplaces & traditional sash windows have been preserved & reinstated throughout this beautiful building. Classic and contemporary styles blend harmoniously throughout the interiors of the properties, thoughtfully designed by Henley Space, and whilst each property follows a similar scheme the treatment of each is unique.

Neckar is double fumed to produce a dark, rich brown floor, and with its herringbone pattern it creates an on-trend look. It is unfinished 2 ply and has a square shoulder profile.

The Surrey Malthouse is a beautiful large contemporary kitchen. Finished in two different blue's- Mylands- Mayfair Dark and Dulux Heritage- Antwerp Blue, the colouring highlights the different areas of the room in the most subtle way.
Beautiful oak accents throughout the room soften the bold blue colouring and keep the flow of natural timber throughout.
A large central island with room for comfortable dining, with matching stools that are in-keeping with the colour palette. The large island is wrapped in a beautiful white Quartz which allows it to make a statement without the use of the a bold colour, breaking up the sea of blue in the room.
Pendant lighting ties in the blue colour palette and provides soft lighting above the seating area.
