Winnie the Pooh inspired wallpaper makes a great backdrop for this light and airy, shared bedroom in Clapham Common. Accessorised with subtle accents of pastel blues and pinks that run throughout the room, the entire scheme is a perfect blend of clashing patterns and ageless tradition. Vintage chest of drawers was paired with an unassuming combination of clashing metallics and simple white bed frames. Bespoke blind and curtains add visual interest and combine an unusual mixture of stripes and dots. Complemented by Quentin Blake’s original drawings and Winnie The Pooh framed artwork, this beautifully appointed room is elegant yet far from dull, making this a perfect children’s bedroom.

Here is the final wall mural with the elephant, monkeys, giraffe and tree painted over Jacob's crib. It was even personalized with this sweet little boy's name (although it would be a perfect neutral mural too!). See more at www.aboutmurals.ca.

The colorful mural creates a special atmosphere where this little girl can spend many happy hours. Hand painting on the ceiling fan blades adds a whimsical touch. The beautiful mural creates a whimsical, garden setting. The hand painting on the ceiling fan blades add a whimsical touch. The student desk will be a great place to do homework and crafts projects. I love the desk lamp that looks like a pot of spilling paint. Samantha will be able to grow with this room for many years.

This room is built into the attic - we put a new dormer window into the front. This gives a charming intimate space for a kids bedroom.
