Garden Makeover
Our residential client in Birmingham wanted to transform their 2.5-acre site into an outdoor living space that had a purpose; for their family and place they could entertain and share with others. The garden was designed by Garden Designer, Diarmuid Gavin and we were asked to bring this to life. We managed the entire build of this beautiful garden which initially involved substantial interpretive design, detailing of surfaces, cross sections and a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities). This garden is unique with a large curved flowing main terrace with steps made from natural stone. Each stone was cut individually at a processing facility in Portugal. With detailed lighting and a plant room for all of the pool mechanics. We produced and managed a programme of works for this project and coordinated all of the necessary trades to bring it to a successful conclusion.
