No need to worry about perfectly folded towels when kids can fling them on these hooks. Hooks also allowed us to maximize the wall space in this small but hardworking bathroom. photo by Myndi Pressly

Classic black and white paired with an energetic dandelion color to capture the energy and spunk my kids bring to the world. What better way to add energy than some strong accents in a bold yellow? The niche is elongated and dimensioned precisely to showcase the black and white Moroccan tile and the sides, top, and bottom of the niche are a honed black granite that really makes the pattern pop. The technique of using granite, marble, or quartz to frame a shower niche is also preferable to using tile if you want to minimize grout lines that you'll have to clean. The black onyx finish of the shower fixtures picks up the granite color as well and are offset with a white acrylic tub and vertical side wall tiles in a bright white. A shower curtain pulls aside easily so small kids could be bathed easily.

We used Ikea narrow sinks here, to help save space. A bright yellow accent tile adds a punch of color next to the white tile and sinks.

This unique bath was curated with love with a lot of help from the homeowner! The whimsical Schumacher;Citrus wallpaper and embossed pink tile are the perfect accents elements for this girl's bathroom and fits the eclectic traditional style of the rest of the house perfectly! The vanity cabinet is Ultracraft's Breckenridge door style Maple cabinet with their Beach White painted finish with Caesarstone Frosty Carrina Quartz coutnertops. The bathroom floor is Artistic Tile's Tex Hex in Cream Matte. In the shower we used Pratt and Larson 8x8 Marigold embossed tile, 1" circle netted tiles on the floor, and Interceramic Wall Tile Collection in Bone. For the vanity sink, we installed a Toto Rectangular bowl in Cotton and paired it with the Brizo Rook single handle faucet in chrome. The shower fixtures are also from the Brizo Rook collection.

A serious refresh was in order for this shared bathroom, and the overhaul of this space was well worth it. Yummy, authentic, zellige tile give such a warm and inviting feel to the tub/ shower alcove while the large format porcelain tile flooring has a classic feel. We designed the vanity to account for a double trough sink, storage below, and even a concealed step stool (hidden in the base of the vanity) for the kiddos who can't quite reach the sink yet.

A fun color palette that is also timeless was the goal in this kids' bathroom. The yellow tile is a color called Dandelion from Mercury Mosaics, handmade in America and gently variegated. The color also speaks of school busses and orange juice – sort of a little bit of orange mixed in there with the yellow. The niche is elongated and dimensioned precisely to showcase the black and white Moroccan tile from Fireclay tile, and the sides, top, and bottom of the niche are a honed black granite that really makes the pattern pop.
