This kids bathroom in Redwood City, CA has gray marble as its primary color, but bands of green and turquoise glass mosaics liven it up.
A perfect neutral theme that will work just as well for a guest bathroom.
Materials used include:
Gray marble in the shower, tub and backsplash. Green and turquoise glass ovals in mosaic sheets. Dark gray marble on the countertop.

We chose a "waterfall" effect in glass tile for the kids upstairs shower/tub. The head comes off for easy hand held use as well.

This former bungalow went through a renovation 9 years ago that added a garage and a new kitchen and family room. It did not, however, address the clients need for larger bedrooms, more living space and additional bathrooms. The solution was to rearrange the existing main floor and add a full second floor over the old bungalow section. The result is a significant improvement in the quality, style and functionality of the interior and a more balanced exterior. The use of an open tread walnut staircase with walnut floors and accents throughout the home combined with well-placed accents of rock, wallpaper, light fixtures and paint colors truly transformed the home into a showcase.

This area was taken down to the studs. The home is a traditional 1960's ranch and we wanted to have a warm contemporary feel to the space. To do that, we chose a palette with rich colors and textures. In terms of budget, we used materials from high end brands like Walker Zanger, and cost effective porcelain tile from Home Depot.

A rain showerhead in this large shower compliments the luxoriuos look of the vertical porcelain tile and glass tile accent. This shower also features a clear glass door and a large bench seat.

An unfinished basement was renovated to include a fully functional bathroom, and rec room for the teenage kids. This is a modern space, although it is in the basement style and function were not sacrificed, as this is a bright
and well designed space, although it is only a 5" x 8" bathroom, a 43" floating vanity (with storage) was incorporated, a full size bathtub, toilet and open shelves for linens and accessories. Kept the colour pallet neutral with the greys and whites with a strong punch of colour in the accessories.
