Split level entry way,
This entry way used to be closed off. We switched the walls to an open steel rod railing. Wood posts with a wood hand rail, and steel metal bars in between. We added a modern lantern light fixture.

Jacob Hand;
Our client purchased a true Chicago loft in one of the city’s best locations and wanted to upgrade his developer-grade finishes and post-collegiate furniture. We stained the floors, installed concrete backsplash tile to the rafters and tailored his furnishings & fixtures to look as dapper as he does.
Postbox Designs
We transformed an unfinished breezeway space with concrete floors into a gorgeous mudroom with custom lockers, guest storage, and Command Center. To save money, I handpainted the existing concrete floors in a flower pattern. Each family member has their own floor to ceiling locker. We replaced bulky slider doors with a new fiberglass door. The area to the right houses guest storage, school supplies, and snacks. The bench and hooks offer extra space for guests. .Design by Postbox Designs. Photography by Jacob Harr, Harr Creative

Cramers Carpet One Floor & Home
This family friendly foyer has an "area rug" designed right into the floor. Using porcelain tile combined with tumbled stone listellos, we designed our rug with a timeless diamond motif. It creates the focal point the homeowner wanted without the fuss of having to maintain an area rug.
