Réalisation d'une chambre et d'un coin salon pour un studio en partie aménagé; construction récente, 20m2 exploitables. Un petit écrin réalisé avec soin par les menuisiers Hopfab et mes artisans tous corps d'état ELM BAT. Coordination et précision aux millimètres près.
De multiples enjeux pour ce projet: créer un coin nuit personnalisé, gagner en lumière naturelle côté cuisine, intégrer un coin repas et aménager un salon. Le dessin du claustra en bois massif (matière plus vivante que du stratifié) s'est imposé comme pièce maîtresse du lieu, autour de laquelle tout le reste de l'aménagement rayonne.

雁行型のリビングダイニングのダイニングスペース。天井に直付けでダクトレールを付けました。ペンダントライトはリビングのスタンドに合わせ、当初の予定を変えて透明カットガラスのタイプに。少し眩しいですが、慣れれば大丈夫でした。
２Fのリビングは眼下に庭の樹木を眺める開放的なLDKとしています。
外周部にはハイサイド窓を巡らせ爽やかな空間をつくり出しています。
木造の構造では一定量の壁面が必要となりますが、この建物では特殊な構造材を用いる事で連続したハイサイド窓を実現しています。
