A mixed planting palette with everything thrown in as long as it works visually! Edibles, exotics, natives and bulbs, grasses and even succulents!! Love tiled feature wall which actually hides a large amenities and shed area but looks as if it's an extension of the existing cottage structure.
Blue Wagon Synthetic Turf Supply (East Bay)

Modern farmhouse gets a new entry to the sunken front door. Custom concrete board-form walls, stone veneer, bluestone inlay, custom floating benches, and wood fence screening all installed in the courtyard space. Existing planters replanted, and a new driveway round out the complete change in the front yard.

Adam's Garden
An extensive edible garden build. A rustic look and feel achieved with railway sleepers and raw timbers. The goal was to create a market garden feel with easy access to veggies, seating and shelter from weather. All in all, a great hangout spot.

The galvanized trough planters serve as a focal point and provide an easy way to plant seasonal herbs, greens, berries and flowers. Good planting mix means there is no shovel needed--just scoop the dirt aside and plant the rest of the rooted herbs from the store. The center trough grows golden raspberries, lettuce and herbs. The chicken wire keeps squirrels from damaging the raspberry stalks.
