Contemporary Open Plan Living Space With A Practical Kitchen
This project, featured here, was for Mr and Mrs Pollard of Milngavie.The clients requested a large contemporary open plan living space combined with a practical kitchen that opened out to the garden, with plenty of storage, generous work space and a must have island.They also wanted a TV media area and a sociable space for informal dining and gatherings.The layout and design had to take advantage of the opening to the private garden.To achieve this they thought the only way was to add an extension but due to Joe's expertise the space was used to its maximum potential.
