David Salisbury
Here at David Salisbury, while trends over the past few years might have evolved more towards the orangery style of building extension, a new conservatory is still a hugely popular form of glazed extension around the country.
This painted conservatory in Dorset is a good example of a beautifully clean, simple design complementing the existing red brick property.
Designed by Stephen Carter, who has a good eye for effective but sympathetic designs, the new living space created is the ideal spot to relax and take in the views of the outside or enjoy a morning coffee. Quick access to the garden is provided by a set of French Doors at the end of the conservatory leading out onto the patio area.
Shortly after the new glazed extension was signed off, the customer came back to David Salisbury to order new timber windows and doors for their property. These were designed and manufactured ready to be delivered and installed at the same time as the conservatory to minimise time on site.
Our central aim is to have a transformative effect on our customers’ lifestyles by improving their homes. In this case, we can certainly claim to have transformed this customer’s home by creating a relaxing new living area and replacing the timber windows and doors.

Moss Building & Design
These Arlington homeowners loved their home and location but with a growing family, knew that they needed to add space to be able to live comfortably for the long-term. Fortunately, they had the yard space to add on a family/rec room addition and screened porch along with taking some of that space for an expanded, eat-in kitchen with floating shelves, a large island, and many other beautiful selections.
