Colonial Farmhouse
A long winding driveway leads to this hilltop property with spectacular views of the Catskills. While it was hard to imagine, this house was once an 80’s hybrid of colonial/ split level ranch with many window styles and shapes. However, through extensive renovation and close collaboration with the owners, the transformation was a success. With the house re-imagined and poised on its hilltop setting partially nestled into woods, its serene backdrop is perfect for relaxation and total reconnection with the nature.
A deep wrap- around porch and all season sunroom were added to create the ideal set up for entertaining and taking in the stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The new swimming pool was intentionally situated in a way to allow for total immersion with its surrounding landscape.
