This bland entry was transformed with wallpaper and a narrow console table perfect for a small space. The mirror reflects light from the front door and creates and open and inviting place for guests to enter. The woven shoe basket collects shoes, coats and backpacks for ease of grabbing on the way out the door.

The residence received a full gut renovation to create a modern coastal retreat vacation home. This was achieved by using a neutral color pallet of sands and blues with organic accents juxtaposed with custom furniture’s clean lines and soft textures.

The property is a former boat builder's, which the client named the Mast House, and wanted to renovate in keeping with the history. Desiring a nautical design with industrial tones led the client to Any Old Lights. This Revivals aluminium fresnel lens pendant was the first light purchased for the Mast House, and it informed the remainder of the design.

This coastal farmhouse design was inspired by the client's love of Hawaii. We used muted earth tones and paired them with brushed nickel finishes to add a modern touch. The entry, formal dining, kitchen, breakfast nook and living room got a fresh look. As a personal touch, we made the kids custom name tags for baskets in the entry way. A beautiful and personalized way to help a busy family stay organized. We also created the stunning custom floral arrangement for the dining table. This house has such a peaceful and calm vibe.

This La Jolla condo, located steps away from Wind n Sea beach was our client's third home we completed for them in San Diego. As vacation rental property owners, this Texas couple plans on making this their retirement escape in the years to come. In the meantime, the design had to be suitable for short time renters. Keeping our clients' needs in mind, the interior design was geared to appeal to the out of towners. With a focus on durability, clean, simple and modern coastal design, we're all pretty certain this little gem is going to stand out amongst its competition. The formula is pretty simple, but our job is to make it happen! :) Most of the furnishings were custom-made to fit the space perfectly, taking advantage of every inch and maximizing the space. Doubling up 2 full size beds in each of the guest rooms made this vacation rental property perfect for families and large groups. One of our biggest challenges? Finding pieces we loved that had no metal accents! ((The salt air takes its toll on those pieces faster than you'd ever guess when you're this close to the ocean!) We take no credit for the incredible sunsets you're guaranteed to get almost every night of your stay here, just one of the many perks of vacationing at Neptune Place. :) Photo Credits: Anthony Ghiglia

The small front verandah was given a dose of colour with the perfect shade of blush pink for the door, and was complimented by a black wall light.

Three bubble windows give light and unique detail to the staircase. These windows are marketed as "dog windows" to install in your fence so that your pup pop their head in to see around the way. The centerpiece and focal point to this tiny home living room is the grand circular-shaped window which is actually two half-moon windows jointed together where the mango woof bartop is placed. This acts as a work and dining space. Hanging plants elevate the eye and draw it upward to the high ceilings. Colors are kept clean and bright to expand the space. The loveseat folds out into a sleeper and the ottoman/bench lifts to offer more storage. The round rug mirrors the window adding consistency. This tropical modern coastal Tiny Home is built on a trailer and is 8x24x14 feet. The blue exterior paint color is called cabana blue. The large circular window is quite the statement focal point for this how adding a ton of curb appeal. The round window is actually two round half-moon windows stuck together to form a circle. There is an indoor bar between the two windows to make the space more interactive and useful- important in a tiny home. There is also another interactive pass-through bar window on the deck leading to the kitchen making it essentially a wet bar. This window is mirrored with a second on the other side of the kitchen and the are actually repurposed french doors turned sideways. Even the front door is glass allowing for the maximum amount of light to brighten up this tiny home and make it feel spacious and open. This tiny home features a unique architectural design with curved ceiling beams and roofing, high vaulted ceilings, a tiled in shower with a skylight that points out over the tongue of the trailer saving space in the bathroom, and of course, the large bump-out circle window and awning window that provides dining spaces.
