In this Basement, we created a place to relax, entertain, and ultimately create memories in this glam, elegant, with a rustic twist vibe space. The Cambria Luxury Series countertop makes a statement and sets the tone. A white background intersected with bold, translucent black and charcoal veins with muted light gray spatter and cross veins dispersed throughout. We created three intimate areas to entertain without feeling separated as a whole.
Soft color palette with white, blues and greens gives this home the perfect setting for relaxing at the beach! Low Country Lighting and Darlana Lanterns are the perfect combination expanding this Great Room! Construction by Borges Brooks Builders and Photography by Fletcher Isaacs.

Going up the Victorian front stair you enter Unit B at the second floor which opens to a flexible living space - previously there was no interior stair access to all floors so part of the task was to create a stairway that joined three floors together - so a sleek new stair tower was added. With enormous rectangular beams and round log posts, the Spanish Peaks House is a spectacular study in contrasts. Even the exterior—with horizontal log slab siding and vertical wood paneling—mixes textures and styles beautifully. An outdoor rock fireplace, built-in stone grill and ample seating enable the owners to make the most of the mountain-top setting. Inside, the owners relied on Blue Ribbon Builders to capture the natural feel of the home’s surroundings. A massive boulder makes up the hearth in the great room, and provides ideal fireside seating. A custom-made stone replica of Lone Peak is the backsplash in a distinctive powder room; and a giant slab of granite adds the finishing touch to the home’s enviable wood, tile and granite kitchen. In the daylight basement, brushed concrete flooring adds both texture and durability. Roger Wade
