This 120 year old one room stone cabin features real rock walls and fireplace in a simple rectangle with real handscraped exposed beams. Old concrete floor, from who knows when? The stainless steel kitchen is new, everything is under counter, there are no upper cabinets at all. Antique butcher block sits on stainless steel cabinet, and an old tire chain found on the old farm is the hanger for the cooking utensils. Concrete counters and sink. Designed by Maraya Interior Design for their best friend, Paul Hendershot, landscape designer. A bespoke, handmade Shaker style kitchen with ‘in-frame’ mortice and tennon jointed doors hung with traditional burnished brass butt hinges. This luxurious kitchen features Oak dovetailed and polished drawer boxes on soft-close concealed runners and rigid Birch plywood carcasses. All units have been factory painted in Basalt Blue from Little Greene Paint & Paper, to complement the worktops in Silestone Quartz Blanco Zeus extreme. Dans cette maison familiale de 120 m², l’objectif était de créer un espace convivial et adapté à la vie quotidienne avec 2 enfants. Au rez-de chaussée, nous avons ouvert toute la pièce de vie pour une circulation fluide et une ambiance chaleureuse. Les salles d’eau ont été pensées en total look coloré ! Verte ou rose, c’est un choix assumé et tendance. Dans les chambres et sous l’escalier, nous avons créé des rangements sur mesure parfaitement dissimulés qui permettent d’avoir un intérieur toujours rangé !
