This beachfront infinity retreat offers unobstructed waterfront views from the living room thanks to a luxurious nano door. The wall of glass panes opens end to end to expose the glistening lake and an entrance to the porch. There, you are greeted by a stunning infinity edge pool, an outdoor kitchen, and award-winning landscaping completed by Drost Landscape.
Inside, the home showcases Birchwood craftsmanship throughout. Our family of skilled carpenters built custom tongue and groove siding to adorn the walls. The one of a kind details don’t stop there. The basement displays a nine-foot fireplace designed and built specifically for the home to keep the family warm on chilly Northern Michigan evenings. Think Chic InteriorsAn awkward shaped space got a face lift with custom built ins and a custom bed filled with hidden storage, creating a charming little boys bedroom that can be grown into over many years. The bed and the built ins are painted in Benjamin Moore Twilight. The copper pulls, ladder and chandelier were custom made out of hardware store pipes and The ceiling over the bed was painted in Benjamin Moore Hale Navy and is filled with silver stars. DesignbyRuchiThis little boys room is super-hero themed and all things blue. Our little client chose this wallpaper from Schumacher because the name was so playful. Custom storage bed with bleached walnut finish brings in warmth and texture against the wallpaper. Neutral bedding with some super hero accent pillows and super hero artwork create a theme without a huge investment. Swap the art and pillows for Harry Potter in a few years and viola… best room for year!! My other favourite design moment in the room is this custom window seat drenched in sunlight… the perfect spot to lounge with family and friends.
Ameo ConceptLors de l’acquisition de cet appartement neuf, dont l’immeuble a vu le jour en juillet 2023, la configuration des espaces en plan telle que prévue par le promoteur immobilier ne satisfaisait pas la future propriétaire. Trois petites chambres, une cuisine fermée, très peu de rangements intégrés et des matériaux de qualité moyenne, un postulat qui méritait d’être amélioré !
C’est ainsi que la pièce de vie s’est vue transformée en un généreux salon séjour donnant sur une cuisine conviviale ouverte aux rangements optimisés, laissant la part belle à un granit d’exception dans un écrin plan de travail & crédence. Une banquette tapissée et sa table sur mesure en béton ciré font l’intermédiaire avec le volume de détente offrant de nombreuses typologies d’assises, de la méridienne au canapé installé comme pièce maitresse de l’espace.
La chambre enfant se veut douce et intemporelle, parée de tonalités de roses et de nombreux agencements sophistiqués, le tout donnant sur une salle d’eau minimaliste mais singulière.
La suite parentale quant à elle, initialement composée de deux petites pièces inexploitables, s’est vu radicalement transformée ; un dressing de 7,23 mètres linéaires tout en menuiserie, la mise en abîme du lit sur une estrade astucieuse intégrant du rangement et une tête de lit comme à l’hôtel, sans oublier l’espace coiffeuse en adéquation avec la salle de bain, elle-même composée d’une double vasque, d’une douche & d’une baignoire.
Une transformation complète d’un appartement neuf pour une rénovation haut de gamme clé en main.
