A contemporary glazed roof over the rebuilt side extension on the lower ground floor floods the interior of the property with glorious natural light. A large angled rooflight over the stairway is bonded to the end of the flat glass rooflights over the side extension. This provides a seamless transition as you move through the different levels of the property and directs the eye downwards into extended areas making the room feel much bigger. The SUNFLEX bifold doors at the rear of the kitchen leading into the garden link the internal and external spaces extremely well. More lovely light cascades in through the doors, whether they are open or shut. A cute window seat makes for a fabulous personal space to be able to enjoy the outside views within the comfort of the home too.
A frameless glass balustrade descending the stairwell permits the passage of light through the property and whilst it provides a necessary partition to separate the areas, it removes any visual obstruction between them so they still feel unified. The clever use of space and adaption of flooring levels has significantly transformed the property, making it an extremely desirable home with fantastic living areas. No wonder it sold for nearly two million recently!
Billdr RenovationThis project consisted of transforming a duplex into a bi-generational house. The extension includes two floors, a basement, and a new concrete foundation.
Underpinning work was required between the existing foundation and the new walls. We added masonry wall openings on the first and second floors to create a large open space on each level, extending to the new back-facing windows.

ДубовоОбшивка лестницы деревом выполнена по бетонному основанию в таунхаусе в коттеджом поселке Юрьев Сад. Обшивка ступеней лестницы была цельноламельным дубом без сучков, а подступенки из бука. Двухцветная лестница с подсветкой ступеней и уникальным ограждением по экскизу заказчика, поручень, столбы и балясины ручной работы. Балясины и столбы комбинированные со вставками металла и дерева. Ступени, перила и столбы с брашировкой и патиной с дополнительным цветом, чтобы подчеркнуть натуральную текстуру дерева.
При развилке в доме между первым этажом и подвалом, есть неровный участок, где не возможно было сделать прямое ограждение, а мы нашли выход и сделали его изогнутой змейкой.
Также в этом доме мы сделали маленькую лестницу в детскую двухярусную комнату со стеклянным ограждение из бука без подступенков, цвет этой лестницы подбирали 1 в 1 в цвет дверей детской комнаты. А также, как видете на последних фото, по запросу клиента изготовили 2 спортивные лестницы-снаряда из дуба для спорта, встроенные в стену для детской комнаты развлечений.
Цвет ступеней и перил подобран 1 в 1 в цвет пола по образцу заказчика. Также лестница покрыта двумя слоями итальянского паркетного противоскользящего лака Sayerlack, который защищает от влаги, царапин и мелких повреждений в ходе эксплуатации.

ДубовоСделали облицовку бетонной лестницы массивом дерева на второй и третий этажи, а также лестницу в подвал. Двухцветная лестница со ступенями и перилами из дуба, а подступенки и балясины из бука.
Расскажу подробнее про особенности лестницы: все ступени и перила с дополнительной брашировкой, чтобы подчеркнуть выразительную текстуру дуба. Первую ступень сделали пригласительной, овальной формы, по-простому, чтобы на нее можно было наступать сбоку. Балясины и столбы из бука с золотой патиной в классическом стиле отлично смотрятся и подходят под светильники и другой золотой декор в доме.
Лестница получилась шикарная, просторная, даже качественные фотографии фотографа не полностью передают её шик, такую нужно видеть воочию! А еще для этого проекта мы изготовили кухню, двери и мебель для гостиной из массива дерева на заказ.
Также лестница покрыта двумя слоями итальянского лака Sayerlack, который защищает от влаги, царапин и мелких повреждений в ходе эксплуатации, а также он противоскользящий.
