From foundation pour to welcome home pours, we loved every step of this residential design. This home takes the term “bringing the outdoors in” to a whole new level! The patio retreats, firepit, and poolside lounge areas allow generous entertaining space for a variety of activities. Coming inside, no outdoor view is obstructed and a color palette of golds, blues, and neutrals brings it all inside. From the dramatic vaulted ceiling to wainscoting accents, no detail was missed. The master suite is exquisite, exuding nothing short of luxury from every angle. We even brought luxury and functionality to the laundry room featuring a barn door entry, island for convenient folding, tiled walls for wet/dry hanging, and custom corner workspace – all anchored with fabulous hexagon tile.

This 1960's San Antonio mid century modern bedroom features limestone flooring and steel ceiling beams. The original built-in walnut dresser is still intact. Our design team added the long upholstered wall bed to accentuate the linear bedroom. Echoing the same modern classic feel, we chose a wood frame bed in a grayish wood tone and paired that with medium brown nightstands and a dresser with antique brass details. A dark wood framed bench with beige upholstery sits at the end of the bed. Table lamps made of stone and with brass details, provided just the right touch of sophistication to the space. Matching that is a unique brass chandelier. A dark framed mirror with brass accents is placed above the dresser to provide visual appeal and to give lightness to the space. Finally, an area rug with classical elements gives added warmth to the space.

This client came to me with a vision after moving into their new home- they wanted cozy, warm, and livable. At heart, they still love the classic and traditional design of European styled furniture, but knew they needed an update. The crisp white coverlet, and herringbone linen duvet and Euros are fresh, clean, and elegant. This bright monochromatic custom bedding is the perfect balance to the rich dark mahogany woods and deep taupe paint on the walls. This Master Bedroom is a breath of fresh air; the perfect retreat.
