Renovation of a classic Minneapolis bungalow included this family bathroom. An adjacent closet was converted to a walk-in glass shower and small sinks allowed room for two vanities. The mirrored wall and simple palette helps make the room feel larger. Playful accents like cow head towel hooks from CB2 and custom children's step stools add interest and function to this bathroom. The hexagon floor tile was selected to be in keeping with the original 1920's era of the home.
This bathroom used to be tiny and was the only bathroom on the 2nd floor. We chose to spend the budget on making a very functional family bathroom now and add a master bathroom when the children get bigger. Maybe there is a space in your home that needs a transformation - message me to set up a free consultation today.

The master bathroom is designed with muted tones for a warm, relaxing atmosphere. The large double vanity provides generous space for storage and dressing. The shower is designed with double wall mounted shower heads and one overhead rain shower. A large soaking tub looks out over the private back yard.

Loved converting this 1970's bathroom into a contemporary master bath! From the heated towel rack to the back lit mirror...I love it ALL!

A leaky garden tub is replaced by a walk-in shower featuring marble bullnose accents. The homeowner found the dresser on Craigslist and refinished it for a shabby-chic vanity with sleek modern vessel sinks. Beadboard wainscoting dresses up the walls and lends the space a chabby-chic feel.

The shower has a curbless entry and a floating seat. A large niche makes it easy to reach items while either sitting or standing. There are 3 shower options; a rain shower from the ceiling, a hand held by the seat, another head that adjust on a bar. Barn style glass door and a towel warmer close at hand.
Luxurious, sophisticated and eclectic as many of the spaces the homeowners lived in abroad. There is a large luxe curbless shower, a private water closet, fireplace and TV. They also have a walk-in closet with abundant storage full of special spaces. After you shower you can dry off with toasty warm towels from the towel. warmer.
This master suite is now a uniquely personal space that functions brilliantly for this worldly couple who have decided to make this home there final destination.

We used Caesarstone quartz for the countertops and faux-marble tile from Crossville Tile's Virtue collection to create a space that was functional and maintenance-free as well as beautiful. On either side of the sink cabinet, the cabinets pullout to provide storage for hairdryers, curling irons as well as toiletries. This way, everything is close at hand without cluttering the countertops.
